GOALIX
Goalix is a football prediction app for iOS. It publishes match predictions with odds and optional written analysis, plus combined coupons, grouped into categories. Some categories are free; the VIP categories require a subscription. Goalix contains no betting and no real-money play: predictions are published for information and entertainment only, no outcome is guaranteed, and the app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. This page explains how to get help and answers the questions we are asked most often.
There is one support channel, and a real person reads it:
Goalix has no sign-up, no password and no account name, so we cannot look you up by email address. Every install gets a random, anonymous user ID (UID) instead. If your question is about your own data, your favorites or your VIP access, include your UID in the message — without it we usually cannot find anything on our side.
To copy your UID: open Goalix, go to the Profile tab, and tap the user ID to copy it. Paste it into your email.
The free categories — SAFE ZONE, GOAL ZONE and VALUE PICKS — are open to everyone. The VIP categories — PRO ANALYSIS, ELITE PICKS, RISK HUNTER and GOALIX SIGNATURE — are unlocked separately: each one is sold as its own auto-renewing subscription, and that subscription covers only that category's predictions and coupons. Unlocking one VIP category does not unlock the others.
When subscriptions are offered, they are bought inside the app through Apple In-App Purchase. The subscription title, the length of one subscription period and the price for that period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. We never see or store your card or payment details.
A subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown for that period. Subscriptions can be managed, and auto-renewal turned off, in your App Store account settings after purchase. If a free trial is ever offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription covering the same content.

If it is still locked, email us with your UID and the name of the category. Please note that a purchase made on a different Apple ID cannot be transferred to yours — that restriction comes from Apple, not from us.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so cancellation happens in your App Store account settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Goalix and cancel. You can also do it from the App Store app. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, so cancel before that window if you do not want the next period.
We cannot cancel a subscription for you, and we cannot issue refunds — Apple handles both. Refund requests go to Apple Support.
Match times are entered in GMT/UTC on our side and the app converts them to your device's time zone before showing them. If a time looks wrong, it is almost always the device: check Settings › General › Date & Time and make sure the time zone — and ideally "Set Automatically" — is correct. Reopen Goalix afterwards.
After a match finishes, we mark the prediction manually as WON or LOST. A category's success rate is simply the number of WON predictions divided by the number of predictions that have been settled. Predictions that have not been settled yet are not counted at all — they do not help or hurt the rate until we mark them. Two figures are shown: the last 30 days and all time. Because results are entered by hand, a finished match may take a little while to be settled.
These figures describe past results that we recorded by hand. They are not a forecast: past success rates do not predict future results, no outcome is guaranteed, and the predictions are published for information and entertainment only.
This one deserves an honest answer. Goalix has no accounts. Your anonymous ID lives in your device's keychain, and deleting the app deletes it. When you reinstall, the app creates a brand new ID — so favorites, and any VIP access tied to the old ID, stay with the old ID and are not visible to the new one.
If you kept a copy of your old UID, it is still useful for a data request — for example asking us to delete the old record — but there is no way to move favorites from the old ID to the new one. If you did not keep it, we have no way to identify which anonymous ID was yours.
VIP access is stored against the anonymous ID as well, so a new install does not inherit it. Restore Purchases restores the purchase record held by Apple; if a category you paid for is still locked after that, email us with your new UID and the category name.
Copy your UID from the Profile tab and email it to support@goalix-app.com asking for deletion. We respond within 30 days at the latest. The same address works for access, correction, restriction, portability and objection requests, and for withdrawing a consent you have given us, such as notifications. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Since the UID is the only identifier we hold, ownership of a request is assessed by whether you know the UID — we have no other way to verify it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
No. Goalix contains no betting, no gambling and no real-money play. There are no bookmaker links and no affiliate links anywhere in the app. We never take money for a bet — the only payments that exist are Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions for VIP content, and those are charged by Apple.
Predictions are provided for information and entertainment only. They are opinions, not advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Past success rates do not predict future results. Goalix is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Only if you ask for them. Goalix never asks for notification permission on its own: there is a card on the Home screen explaining what they are for, and a switch under Profile › Notifications. Until you turn them on, nothing about you reaches our push provider. Every message is written and sent by hand by us — no automated spam. If you allow notifications, your device push token and your anonymous UID are shared with our push delivery provider, OneSignal, so the message can reach your device (the UID is passed as the external ID). The permission is entirely optional, you can withdraw it at any time in Settings › Notifications › Goalix, and doing so does not affect anything else in the app.
Goalix runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. An internet connection is needed to load new content; previously viewed content may still appear from the offline cache while you are disconnected.
